Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions to Flowlines, operated by Nexsys Technologies LLC, can be cancelled and when refunds apply. It forms part of our Terms of Service. All amounts are in USD.

1. Cancelling Your Subscription

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings or by emailing support@flowlines.io.
• When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after that.
• There are no cancellation fees.

2. Refunds

• 14-day money-back guarantee on first purchase. If you are not satisfied with a new paid subscription, contact us within 14 days of the initial charge for a full refund.
• Renewals. Recurring renewal charges are generally non-refundable. If you were charged for a renewal you intended to cancel, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review the request in good faith.
• Annual plans. Annual plans may be cancelled at any time; refunds for the unused portion are considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be declined where:

• The account has violated our Terms of Service or acceptable-use rules.
• The request falls outside the windows described above (except where required by applicable law).
• Usage-based or third-party pass-through charges have already been incurred.

4. Early Access & Pilots

Where a free trial, pilot, or early-access period is offered, you will not be charged during that period and may cancel before it ends to avoid any charge.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email support@flowlines.io with your account email and the charge details. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
