Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Flowlinesplatform, websites, and services (the "Services") provided by Nexsys Technologies LLC("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity under your account.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans are billed in USD on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) per the plan agreed during onboarding.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.
• Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise; you are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Send unsolicited spam, malware, or unlawful or infringing content.
• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Services.

4. Customer Content

You retain all rights to the data and content you submit to the Services ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit Customer Content solely to provide the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and consents needed for any Customer Content you process through the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, design, and trademarks, are owned by Nexsys Technologies LLC and its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services; no other rights are granted.

6. Third-Party Services

The Services integrate with third-party platforms (e.g. WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, email and voice providers). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms, and we are not responsible for them.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexsys Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Services and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or for unlawful or harmful activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Sharjah, UAE.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
